You agree to use Printfetch responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt to disrupt the platform, or use our services in a way that could harm other users, printers, or Printfetch.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, files, specifications, quantities, delivery details, and order requirements submitted through Printfetch are accurate before confirming an order.

When placing a print order, you may be asked to provide artwork, product details, print sizes, paper types, finishes, deadlines, and delivery information. It is your responsibility to check all information before approval.

Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes may not always be possible. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional costs or delays.

Printers registered with Printfetch are expected to provide accurate pricing, production times, service details, and print quality in line with the agreed order requirements. Printers must only accept jobs they are able to complete professionally and within the agreed timescale.

Payments made through Printfetch must be completed using the approved payment methods available on the website. Where escrow or protected payment options are used, funds may be held securely until the agreed order conditions are met.

Printfetch aims to provide a reliable and transparent service, but we cannot guarantee that every order, quote, or printer response will be error-free. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, unsuitable artwork, courier issues, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
